    Awesome, Michelle! I did walleys as a kid, but wasn’t too sure of the technique to teach themt. This is GREAT and I will start using these exercises ASAP. I really appreciate you sharing all your tips with us, THANK YOU!!

    I’ve always been curiously confused by this jump. Exellent presentation!! I really appreciate the attention brought out about the shoulders. So often that gets left out even if it happens naturally for some. I can’t wait to try some of these techniques with my skaters. Thank you
