Good basic info…I like going in with more in front (helps me get a strong hook and arrest the forward motion). Can’t wait to hear more of her tips, will there be more in the future?

This was a good intro page for new coaches. I would like to see her actually show theses spins. I also use the left arm in front on the entry. Thanks
