    Trevor! I want to see the (2nd skater) in the Purple tank top – Skate! She has amazing balance and focus! Do you have skater video clips from Korea? Can we see one of the sessions in Korea?? I love how Grace teaches muscles AND rhythm – at the same time. Great video!

    After a visit for a consultation with the orthotics specialist for function and mobility sports medicine, I would not recommend any off-ice training (especially) jumps or jogging on cement floor!

    Jane, if a cement floor is all you have, it’s probably better than nothing. I know the facility well and there really was no better option. Note that in these drills there is significant rest periods for recovery.
