    Is there any drills???? for speed.!

    diane, power drills are basically the same as speed drills. Most skaters that don’t skate fast have one of two problems. Either they’re scared of going fast or they don’t have good power generation. You can find tons of power drills on the site by typing “power” into the search box. Proper power generation, started slowly and then increasing tempo leads to speed. Hope that helps.
