    fabulous. there are many issues here, with the axel and all its moving parts, and the take off sets the tone for the entire jump. i noticed the free leg position (foot out to the side not directly in front) in a michelle leigh axel video- but it was never explained…this video makes many things clear that i wasn’t certain about before. AMAZING. i am certain these concepts will make a major difference in not only the jump itself but the comfort and organization within the jump. thank you so much!!

    : I’m going back to this series to help me get my axel back! Lost the axel but my double loop is more secure now. Maybe I’ll find my axel in the lost & found. 🙂
