Add to “My Favorites” (Beta testing)this is very important- neck strength- not just for skating but for life…i have been seeing a chiropractor and body work therapists and have learned the importance of the proper curve in your neck- everything we do leans us forward (especially as adults over the years) so leaning your head back to gain strength and overcome everyday posture.
