    Found this in my email today! I missed watching it! Thank you Amy! I needed to be reminded of this for some students who are learning forward loops. I loved doing this motion in paragraph loops. I miss figures…

    This is a great drill. I can see it very useful in helping skaters strengthen the new backward loop pattern for Junior Moves. I would use it for lower level skaters also. Thanks Amy I find your videos very helpful.

    I am an FS1 adult skater, and had this shown to us in a group lesson without much explanation, just
    “repeat after me”. So naturally it didn’t go very well. But this makes so much sense! Great explanation – I will download the video to my iPod and bring it with me to the rink. Thank you!!!
